Well lets see, I was called about my oil change and tire rotation. Set up an appointment for it. Received a call about my transmission. The on-star notification was alerted. The part cost me 440+dollars. I was told that i had 73K millage on my truck and my warranty would not cover the repair. Well, i picked up my truck only had 50K+ so the repair should have been covered I believe...... and i never received my oil change or tire rotation. I unfortunately didn't realize the above until I got my car back home. I have not had a chance to talk to anyone about it yet because I left for vacation.

Our Enclave was in need of a major repair recently, and the service group at Colandrea responded with its highly laudable, friendly, and professional attention to its customer! The issue was quickly diagnosed and a date was set to effect the necessary repair. Because of the time involved to repair our Enclave, a brand new Buick rental was arranged for our convenience. Our Enclave was repaired and returned to our use within the time frame promised, and drives perfectly! On my way home from Colandrea, I phoned your service professional, Lindsay Gibbons and told her how happy we were to be driving home in our beautifully performing Enclave! It drives as new! Thanks to Cos Colandrea, and all involved in this servicing of our vehicle, and the wonderful, professional manner we have come to know as the "Colandrea Way" of customer service.

The transmission issue sucked. I own a certified vehicle and now I have lost trust in that title. Loaning out a tiny suv to replace a rather big truck makes no sense. The dealership themselves had no problem solving skills. Not until I opened up a case with gmc corporate did something start to happen. The turn around was quick once that happened.

Absolutely Terrible Service Experience I brought in my wife’s vehicle for service, and this shop completely dropped the ball. Communication is inconsistent no one knows what’s going on, and the staff seems totally disconnected. Manager Seal and Susan from service were both completely unhelpful and clearly not equipped to run a functional service department. It took weeks just to get parts, and they held my vehicle for a full week without even ordering the brakes and rotors they said they would. Then I was told they were on backorder, which I believe was just an excuse. If they had bothered to check or communicate properly, I should’ve been notified—but I wasn’t. I had to demand my car back with the work unfinished. When the part for my wife’s vehicle finally came in after three weeks, we dropped it off first thing in the morning. I was reassured it would be done by the end of the day. At 3:15, no one had even touched the car. After pushing the issue, magically, by 4:30, the car was ready—so less than 45 minutes of work, yet I was billed nearly $700 in labor. Outrageous. To make it worse, when I got the car back the first time, it drove worse than when I dropped it off—and no one even caught that. This is not how customers should be treated. I will never return for service, and although I like the sales team, this whole experience has me rethinking whether I’d ever buy another vehicle from here.

The dealer doubled the diagnostic fee after they couldn’t find what was wrong with the vehicle. After finding the issue with the vehicle, an estimate was sent and I agreed upon the price and work to be done. Later on I received an email stating that the mechanic had to clean some part in the car that had debris. The additional cost was over $500 for the labor and no additional parts were ordered. I felt like I was being squeezed and scammed. The mechanic had plenty of time to inspect the car and come up with an estimate. Either the mechanic is incompetent or is just trying to make more money by increasing the labor costs. I will never use this car dealer again and will advise others to stay away.

I have reviewed the repairs completed by our service team and have the following response, We communicated to you that this was an unusual repair to diagnosis as damage was caused by a mis shift by customer when vehicle was driving, causing internal damage, we communicated to you that we needed additional diagnosis time, which you authorized. Also we completed two major repairs to damaged caused by driver which you also authorized. We did communicate everything to you during the repair process. The repairs were completed by a skilled GENERAL MOTORS CERTIFIED TRAINED TECHINICIAN. All repair charges were calculated according to GENERAL MOTORS TIME GUIDES. We needed emergency assistance first thing in the morning; our front tire was leaking badly while we were on the interstate and, as it happened, we were not too far from our friends at Colandrea GMC Buick. Lindsay stopped what she was doing and had our Enclave brought in to identify the cause of our problem even though we did NOT have an appointment! The issue required replacement of the tire which was done without delay and we were safely back on the road. Took my Buick in for a complete diagnostics check and inspection. Was recommended a fix for multiple issues resulting in a $2600 bill to resolve the issues and continue driving the car problem free. 2 months after the work was done the engine failed. Went back to Colandrea to ask why they didn't notice this engine could possibly be on the brink of failure during the recent previous assessment. They claim there was no way they could've known that. They then tried to offer to sell me a car with no resolution for the work done by the service department. Terrible experience, terrible customer service.

I went to look for a new truck for my 2020 Sierra 1500 SLT got totaled when I was t-boned. I visited Colandrea Buick-GMC where I purchased my truck and was greeted by a salesman named Gabriel who was very pleasant and friendly and told him what happened and he said well lets see if we can find you a new truck. As we talked about what I was looking for he said if we have one on the lot if not I will find one for you, needless to say within minutes he found one. So to make a long story short I now have a new 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT. I would not hesitate to tell anyone to go to that dealership in search of a new vehicle. DABROSKI, your satisfaction is important to us, I reviewed your service record, it appears we charged you 94.98 to remove your tire from the vehicle and water test it for a leak and reinstall the tire on the vehicle. We also inspected the other tires on the vehicle and suggested that they all be replaced. I had a 9am appt. I checked in at 8:50/8:55. I was scheduled for an oil change with tire rotation and a NYS inspection. I told the service rep I would be waiting for the car when I made the appt. I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for my car. I checked with the service rep at 10:15 to see how much longer the process would be. I waited another 30 minutes. Obviously my car was taken taken in at the appt time of 9am. I was not informed there was a delay when I checked in on time. My son and I sat there for way too long in my opinion and were not given accurate information about a delay upon check in for my services.
