"I walked into the dealership with an appointment to see someone else but he was busy with a customer. Our salesperson offered to get me started and then hand everything over to the other salesman when he was done with his customer. Needless to say, that never happened. Our salesperson eased my mind… I'm over the moon about my new vehicle, I really like it. I'd also like to give a shout out to the finance manager. He took the time to explain everything to me about how we got to the final numbers and what my monthly payment would be. He even let me customize my extended warranty package! "I live in New York City, but I use this dealership for service. They are great in customer service, not over charging like many other dealers like to do, not pushing to have unnecessary stuff done. In fact they quoted me for a job for around $900 to $1,100, I accepted it and while I was in their beautiful waiting room, they told me that the technician came up with an idea to save me money as he can fix the broken part, so we don't have to buy a new one. (Air conditioner job) They fixed it and it now works really good, and total cost was $683, including all taxes and fees. I love this place, and am highly recommending it."
